Well what can I say?

Last time I updated was May so that's a few months back now, I'ma give a brief summary of life since then:

May: Exams, exams, work experience, exams. That genuinely about sums it up.

June: Some more exams, finishing exams, having to go back to school and purchasing tickets for Green Day and Muse.

July: Finishing school for the summer, going to Greece (I will actually upload pictures at a point...) and generally hanging around seeing friends and being the lazy bumhole that summer turns you into.

August: More lazing around, (I went to Camden on Wednesday though which was pretty awesome) and receiving those AS results, AABB (oh and an E in critical thinking, lmao) so very very happy with that!

To the future...

Only two weeks of summer left *sob* and by then I have to have written my personal statements listing all the reasons why I am better than all of the other thousands of people who are, um, just like me. Only I bet I have bigger boobs than some of them. Owned at them.

I might do a more interesting update at some point, hope you've all had awesome summers and are keeping well :]

I don't really have an awful lot to say for myself, other than if I update this than I can put of the dreaded revision for a little bit longer. I have no motivation :/

Anyway, I am very aware of the fact that I haven't submitted anything since November, but to be fair I haven't written/photographed anything of note in the intervening time.

Life? Life ticks on at it's own steady pace, or something along those lines. Smack in the middle of AS Level exams at the moment and I'm pretty much hating the entire thing. But I am now just diving into the Uni process, I've been round one so far and very much looking forward to seeing the rest. I think it's probably fair to say that I'm done with school etc. now and am ready to move on to the next phase of life. Sadly however I have to wait another fricking year before I can do that! It isn't neccessarily that I'm wishing my youth away, more that school and Hertfordshite are slowing killing my soul. I'm a cheerful chappy :]

Still this time next year I will be done with school and the rate at which years disappear around here means it shouldn't be too long before I'm writing a overly enthusiastic journal about how school is finally over.

Over and out people, over and out.

I think I've officially failed at updating on dA over 2008, I posted the grand total of 8 journals for the entire year...which probably shows just how lazy I am.

However here is my monthly summary of 2008!

Jan: Nothing happened.
Feb: I went skiing in Austria, which is worth a mention because it was an amazing experience and one I hope to repeat many times.
Mar: Nothing happened.
Apr: Went to France with HLO, 4 day piss up to be repeated in Holland in 2010! FINALLY got presented with my DofE bronze award.
May: I started my GCSE exams, not interesting but still worth a mention as those bloody exams basically controlled my life this year.
Jun: Finished my GCSEs, had Prom (never again thanks) and went to Great Yarmouth with some of my friends (again please).
Jul: Went to Holland on a choir tour which was a laugh and went to Spain with the family.
Aug: Did some socialising, partying and in amongst all this found out I'd passed my grade 7 Piano exam and my GCSEs.
Sept: Joined Sixth Form, did the romance thing and started fainting.
Oct: Turned 17 and stopped doing the romance thing but didn't stop fainting.
Nov: Saw Razorlight at Brixton and Elliot Minor at The Forum, both amazing nights.
Dec: Christmas concert overload and many many trips to the hospitals of Hertfordshire.

Plans for 2009!
- Get better ASAP.
- See The Killers in Feb and The Kaiser Chiefs in March.
- Pass my AS Levels.
- County Dance in March.
- Start my DofE silver or gold.

That's my lot...

I can't believe how long it's been since I last updated. August seems like literally years ago now.

Well it's half term on Friday and I cannot believe how my life is now completely different from how it was almost two months ago when I last updated.

It's definitely a some good some bad changes but I guess overall I have to take everything as it is because no matter how hard I am trying to change things I am completely failing. But accepting stuff is hard and I certainly am no pro at it.

I guess really I feel pretty mixed up right now, everything is up in the air and I don't really feel like I have anything constant in my life to cling on to. Sometimes it feels like my life is changing on a daily basis and I can't keep track of it.

One thing I have learnt though, never take people for their word because they nearly always break it.
